The price and location were good for me.
The floors were not as clean as they could have been, needed some vacuuming.
Friendly Staff, Continental Breakfast was ok. Eggs were gone early due to high school band staying the night.
Paper thin walls! At 1:30am the next room had to have TV on when they got in plus talk. Woke us up, don't know if they heard us call front desk, but it got quiet. Very Firm bed.
Bed was nice and firm. Pool made a great activity with our daughter.
Long walk to the front office.
It smelled and looked clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave.
This was the last room I could find available when traveling with my horse on an emergency vet call, out of town. The city at the time had several conventions going on and there were no rooms to be had, this was not really my choice , it was out of necessity. Breakfast only offered pastry type foods. There were no eggs. I'm allergic to gluten so I had two bananas and juice. Also there were roaches in the bathroom, the toilet handle was broken, and the clothes rod also fell down when I tried to hang up a shirt. The room was definitely over priced. It's an older hotel that could stand an update. There were 3 entrances to the room....2 to the outside and 1 to an adjoining room. The front desk expressed concern because the computer showed the room had a key missing. Though the clerk walked me to the room to make sure the correct key worked it still made me a bit uneasy. However, I was thankful for a place to rest my head after the previous night not having found a room available and having slept in the lobby of the emergency vet clinic.
Didn't like anything about this hotel, took 45 minutes to check in , pool was green, rooms were hot , parking was awful, would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy
Close to my location of business
Extra funds were taken (stolen) off my bank to the point I had to have my bank lock my account. Will never ever stay there again..
There was nothing I liked.
The staff was rude, the carpet filthy, there was not a vent in the bathroom and it was hot. It was noisy all night and they charged $232 for the miserable stay. I couldn't wait to check out and no one wanted to know "How was your stay?" Good thing.
Peeling paint in the room...room had a strange smell
The computers were acting up and there was a problem with accepting several different credit cards. Our cards were good because we used them after checking in at a restaurant.
Remember HoJo when you were a kid in the 60's-70's? Well, here, you're there! While this facility is old, it is clean, the a/c is fabulous and unless you are there for graduation weekends, the price would be just right. The staff was very courteous, beds new and firm, deco, not so much. Don't be afraid to stay here.
Y'all wanted to charge a dollar for tooth paste
Some staff was rude and the pictures online are nothing like that you see in person.
The beds were soft staff was nice and helpful
Bathroom was extra small
Mattress was comfortable, not rock hard.
Breakfast was skimpy. Needed more food options and more tables to sit at.
The price was unbelievable and what a clean hotel and the nicest people. Thank you. Dale P.
